Experience Rocky Glen Ranch

At Rocky Glen Ranch in Zimbabwe, you'll ride out across open bush at sunrise, sit beside a campfire under some of the clearest night skies in the world, and spend your days learning alongside Wayne Bushnell in a setting built for genuine connection; with horses, with nature, and with a small group of like-minded travellers.

It's an authentic Zimbabwean ranch experience rather than a tourist version of one, with incredible wildlife and scenery right on your doorstep. Every day strikes a balance between adventure and relaxation, and you'll come away with memories that last a lifetime.

Do I need to be an experienced rider to join?

We welcome both riders and non-riders to join us and have tailored the itinerary for both.

If you're a rider, you can enjoy daily horseback safari and volunteering with horses.

If you're not a rider, there are plenty of other activities for you to do, including nature walks, swiming and canoeing, wildlife viewing, fishing, community visits and so much more.

We keep groups small and friendly, so every rider gets plenty of individual attention and the experience never feels crowded.
